|Abbi facilitates an athletic (read: sweaty), musical and rooted vinyasa flow practice, and welcomes students of all abilities. She works all over the globe via her self-titled brand, Abbi Miller: Holistic Nutrition + Yoga. She received her 200-hour Vinyasa Certification through Laughing Lotus (San Francisco) and has studied all over India, including Ashtanga yoga with Kamal Singh of Tattva Yoga Center (Rishikesh).
There is both air conditioning and heating in the rooms at Peacock Pavilions. Other facilities include an outdoor retreat pavilion for yoga or other wellness pursuits, including 20+ yoga mats. This pavilion can also be equipped with tables and chairs for retreats that focus on such areas as painting, writing, photography, etc.
The beautiful property also includes a large swimming pool, a small outdoor gym, a boules (lawn bowling) court, and a 1/2 km running path. A particularly magical feature is the outdoor cinema for viewing a selection of films under a starry canopy. Peacock Pavilions can accommodate both vegetarian and vegan retreats and serves delicious rustic meals. The resort had a dedicated 12 page feature in Food & Wine Magazine.
